Documents with more than 15,000 words to be translated

These large documents will benefit from the following discount rates:

· Between 15,000 and 20,000 words a discount of 5%.

· Between 20,000 and 25,000 words a discount of 7.5%.

· Between 25,000 and 50,000 words a discount of 10%.

· Between 50,000 and 100,000 words a discount of 15%.

· More than 100,000 words a maximum discount of 20%.

These discounts are not taken into consideration when using our immediate estimate service. The documents should be forwarded to us with the request "Please make an estimate for large volume documents".

Repetitive documents

The use of translation memory software such as Trados Workbench enables us to offer discounts for texts with repetitive vocabulary.

Please ask for an analysis of word repetition in the document and the discount applicable in each case.

Large translation projects

A Large Translation Project is understood to be translation services for a specific project with a certain time limit and a total of more than 200,000 words. In these cases, we will appoint a Project Manager who will personally oversee all the work, a closed price estimate, and an official services contract.
