• Your personal account allows you to track the progress of your translation at any time and gives you access to an automatic system for contacting the translator at any time to make requests for, ask questions about or comment on any aspect of the translation in course. Those comments - and Trama's answers to each of them - are recorded in your personal account, thus providing you with a very accurate register of the whole translation process. 
• Your personal account will contain details of the translations we have done for you to date, together with the date the original was sent, the date the translation was delivered and the price of each job.
• You will be able to change your company details at any time. 
• One of the main advantages of trama-online is the convenience of automation. All your business can be conducted via the web site. The unified system, allows us to streamline the whole process of providing you with a translation service.
• To access the trama-online system, you will need a user name and a password. To get them, all you have to do is fill in the form to become a registered user of our services.
